Can anyone tel me what amount of Oxycontin would be equal to 4mg Dilaudid TY. Sorry if already discussed but didn't see it in the forum.

4mg hydromorphone (diluadid)
4mg hydromorphone (diluadid) = about 11mg Oxycodone Immediate Release when taken orally.
