Can someone please help me!!!!!

I found 7 pills in a baggy in my little sisters pants pocket when she stayed the night. They are a medium, white pill, oblong shaped, and have the letters MET on one side and APO500 on the other side. She says they are only an off brand tylenol, but Ive never seen any pills like this before. If someone can please help Id appreciate it so much.
