white round pills with NO IMPRINTS foundWe found three white round pills. Two of them are flatter than the third. The third is is thick and round. NONE OF WHICH have any imprints. It does not appear as though they have been scraped off, it does not appear as if they had ever had imprints.......has anyone ever seen these or know what they are???? Thanks! Unless these unmarked
Unless these unmarked tablets have a blister pack nearby, there is no way we can ID your pill. Even with a blister pack nearby for comparative reasons, we could still not tell you 100% that your tablet is the same as the one in the blister pack. We can tell you what foreign meds they look like, but that would be a pure guess. No Imprint = No ID, sorry. gtrplayer unmarked pills
You might have a better chance if they were a different color or like the other poster said, were found near other bottles that may have once contained them. Small while pills can be literally salt pills or nitro for heart problems, one of which would not bother you much, the other could kill you. Unless you get a absolute ID from a member you know, please dispose of all of these pills. We don't know you, but trust us, we like you enough to hope you are around to ask lots of questions in the future.
MA RPhJules, It has been my
MA RPh Jules, It has been my experience that these pills with no id are usually as in your case white round or oval and contain a vitamin. i.e. the white round no imprint pill could possibly be Vitamin C, ascorbic acid or the citrate salt thereof. It is important to note that they could be street drugs as well, either way my advice in this situation since you have less than 5% chance to sucessfully Identify these pills, is to flush the pills. To identify these pills you may check the area around where the pills were located and look into bottles of OTC vitamins and minerals. and see if you can match any. However by federal law all FDA approved medications must be marked with a house code or id imprinted during manufacture, thus this leads me to believe that this drug or supplement cannot be positively identified without lab analysis. I would flush the pill in case it is a street drug or high dose of vitamin.
