mysterious purple pill with M and PAL on it

I have these round purple pills with M one one side and PAL on the other. I've been looking everywhere and cannot find any information on a pill with this description. Can anyone help?

I found the same pill,  asked everyone in the house if they knew it.  I was researching it, like you and not finding anything. Then my husband came home, it is a perscription vitamin he takes for his legs.  lol hope this helps!
