I sure remember this

I sure remember this case. I remember watching an hour long show regarding this. About time for this to end in a good manner.

Thanks for the info, quahog.

I'm very glad to hear Mr. Paey is pardoned. His case was unusual, and it's unfortunate that he had to spend any time in prison.

Thank the police for yet another false imprisonment!

Course I do not know the full story. But why didnt this guy just get a doctor to give him the medication he needed instead of diversion?

Glad to hear he is out and back with his family. I don't know much about the case..I am wondering too why he didn't get medication thru a dr.? Was he turned down for the meds he needed for his condition?

That's really great! although we still have a fight in front of us (PC.patient) Dr.Hurwitz has had his murder charges dropped, but he still has other legal battles to fight and still can't practice medicine, we all still have minor struggles with the powers that be because of the medicines prescribed to help us get through the day, but lets us take this victory one at a time and smile.

Dr. Hurwitz deserved every

Dr. Hurwitz deserved every bit of time he got, and he's lucky he got his 25 year sentence reduced to five.  I know for a fact he sold pills to people illicitly and immorally.  Hurwitz is responsible for countless peoples addictions to highly potent narcotics and although he didn't put a gun to peoples heads his immoral prescibing practices lead to many deaths and a dramatic increase in people seeking detoxification in VA and other states as well.

Check with a licensed MD before you take any suggestions!
