Can anyone identify this pill

I found some pills that appear to be in the wrong bottle as the desrciption on the label does not match the markings on the pills. The pills are white in color and are oblonged shaped. On one side they are marked with the number 93. On the other side they have a score mark in the middle. On the left side of the score mark is the number 22 and on the right side is the number 75. Does anyone know what these pills are.
