Morphine sulfate Tablets ? I found 3 tablets Round white scored with A 406 and scored on the other side with crossing lines. Help Please. ( categories: Pill Identification )
A406
Round white tablet imprinted A 406 and double scored (+) on the back is not morphine. The pill is 25 mg promethazine (generic Phenergan), an antihistamine that helps prevent nausea and motion sickness. This particular pill is made by Able Labs. The company recalled all of
its pills in late May due to quality control reasons. You can
find the imprint on the FDA News Alert -

Quote: Would it make a difference if the A was on top and the 406 on bottom.
Most
of Able's round tablets have the A above three numbers. I am
looking for a picture of this pill now. So far no luck in the
mainstream databases. I do remember one image posted on another
forum but it was fuzzy and green I think! If I find it, I'll post
it for you. I'm not a pharmacist or a medical

Well, the image is nice and clear but does look green. You can find the picture here: I'm not a pharmacist or a medical
