mint green pill help!! snake or dragon symbol

i found a mint green pill it is round but on th edges it is octagon on one side there is a line thru the middle and onthe other side there is a snake or a dragon with an arrow thru the head wondering if anyone could help me with this

It sounds like it may be some illicit drug???
