small round yellow round pill with e on one side and a 4 on the other side. need help identifying thanks very much

‹ small round pill with tec on it light pink and nothing on the other side. also small whit e 774 on it and nothing on back of it pills found in sons room they are as follows one is a light blue round tec pill that is scored on the back ›

I don't know what's going on, but some are US and some are Canadian (as far as I can tell). Strange.Surprised
