Help identifiy this supposed pain med i purchased in belize

i have broken shoulder and ran out of meds on vacation. a parmacist sold me these in belize and said they were demeral. my girl made me throw out the package before i had time to verify. can anyone tell me what this is. it is a round white tablet. with a M 50 on on side and scored on the other. any help would be appriciated.
