In Germany there are only two brands and no genereics of Clonazepam: Roche "Rivotril ®" (which is equal to "Klonopin ®") and Desitin "Antelepsin ®". Both are available as 0.5 mg and 2.0 mg strength. Like in the UK, in Germany clonazepam might not be prescribed as a tranquilizer or anxiolytic.   It is licensed for treating epilepsy and other seizure disorders.
