Pharmer.org will keep you updated on new drugs approved by the FDA. Since part of our purpose is pill identification, we are covering tablets and capsules only since these are identifiable. Feel free to add other types of new drug approvals that interest you.
And if you are prescribed any new medication and want to share your experience, please post in this forum.

Anyone got a lead on when they will be rolling out a generic to Suboxone? I believe I read somewhere that Reckitt-B(?) will lose their exclusive patent on the drug in OCT/2009. I'm also sure it takes atleast 3-6 months for the drug companies to work out the legal aspects to produce a generic.
Has anyone read about this new Morphine Sulfate formulation that is said to be tamper proof? It's like the new Remoxy only it's a Morphine formulation that contains a chemical that will reverse the effects of the drug if crushed or melted down. I was just reading about it and frankly had never heard of it until now. It's called Embeda and King Pharm. has the OK to start selling it from the FDA. I don't know anything about strengths, length of time a dose will last you or anything else so I'm trying to see if anyone else knows anything more about this drug????
Just wondering about something, I have been here for quite sometime and most of you know why I have to take pain meds. The question I have today though is I think that the 10/325 5x a day is ust not doing anything for me anymore, what would you all suggest for a different medication?
