How to Use Our Search Function

Before you search for pill imprints, please read this article - Searching for Pill Imprints.

This help feature has been on the front page for over a year now. The intent is to help you easily find what you are looking for while using our search engine.

Every day we read our logs so that we can make improvements to help you find your information faster.

We constantly see people searching for imprints that aren't found. Yet in most instances we have images or posts of the same pills.

The searchers can't find the imprints or pictures because they don't understand the search process.

Less information is best.

Search for the numbers and/or letters only. Don't use colors, shapes etc. The unique pill imprint is the most important item.

Color, score, shape and other descriptions do not help your search - these extra items bring up all other pills with similar characteristics. Remember that the markings are the most important items.

If you are looking for images, use the advanced search feature. Check 'image' and search for the medicine name or imprint. If we have an image of your pill, the title will appear.

We are always glad to help you if you can't find what you are searching for. Post your question in our Pill Identification forum, and one of our regular posters will help you.

But some people prefer to do it alone, and we understand that. For the people that like to search, our hints are intended to help you find your information quickly.

We have assembled some resources to help you identify your pill. More lists and links will be added soon.

A cool feature is our Common Imprints list. Most pill identification questions ask about opioid analgesics, benzodiazepines, muscle relaxants, antidepressants and appetite suppressants. If you think your pill is one of these drugs, check the list first. Your drug imprint might be there, and your search is done.

Another helpful feature is the section called Resources for Pill Identification. You'll find links to free pill imprint identifiers.

Try our search engine too. You might find what you need with a quick search.

Select Submit forum topic
Title is required. Use a descriptive title like White round pill marked A266, not ID my pill
Choose Pill Identification in the drop down box
Type your question in the Body box. You can use plain text or BBCode
When you are finished, click the Preview button to see how your post will look

If your post looks okay, hit the Submit button and you are done.

Oblong pill / white. One side has the # 5382, The other side has the words DAN DAN, it is scored in the middle seperating the DAN's

Hi just check if these are street fakes or the real deal.

There light blue in colour and have RIMA inprinted on one sade and on the other D then the split line then a 10?

I cant get a photo sorry.

2 pills - markings LUPIN 302 and PLIVA 325

I found 2 strange pills in my rental car. I'm curious what they are.

One is white and oblong. LUPIN is on the front and 302 is on the back.

The 2nd pill is round and yellow. This one has PLIVA over 325 on it. The markings are divided like this - PLIVA
