Pill Identification

I have looked everywhere on the internet and cannot find this pill anywhere.  It looks similiar to many pills but this one just has the logo of Roche with no numbers.

I was in my son's room and I found a container with many small white pills - round (circular, not a capsule). On one side there is the number 2 and on the other side it is divided into four parts like this + ... any ideas what this could be? Please help.

Small blue pill with D on one side.  Can anybody help me identify what it is? Many thanks.

I was drinking tea, and when I got to the bottom of the bottle, I realized there was a huge black capsule sitting in the bottom of the bottle.. When I say huge, it was over an inch, and thick. I want to know what this pill is, because of the fact that I drank all the tea, and the capsule had started dissolving into it.

Any help would be appreciated.
