 I just wanted to show this; it is my script from CVS, where they now have new labeling. As you can see, on the side of the bottle it lists a description of exactly what the pills are supposed to look like, and the imprint code.  this is the prescription I just received. I am in Indiana- where we have computer-generated scripts. Notice the void date? Sorry it's so big, I had to crop it to take out the personal info.
